A person charged with murdering baby killer Ian Huntley in jail has appeared in courtroom.
Anthony Russell, 43, appeared at Teesside Crown Courtroom through videolink from HMP Frankland, close to Durham, for a 10-minute preliminary listening to on Thursday.
Russell is charged with the homicide of the 52-year-old, who was allegedly attacked on the maximum-security jail on 26 February.
Huntley, who was serving a life sentence for murdering two ten-year-old women in Soham in 2002, died in hospital on Saturday.

In the course of the listening to earlier than Decide Francis Laird KC on Thursday, Russell confirmed his title and date of start.
Russell was not requested to enter a plea, and was informed there can be a pre-trial preparation listening to on 24 April.
