A gymnastics coach will face courtroom tomorrow after being accused of sexually touching a baby.
Coach Wei Jun Lee runs a Gold Coast gymnastics studio that has now been closed as he faces the intense felony cost in Sydney.
The 32-year-old was extradited on the cost of sexually touching a baby between the age of 10 and 16 at a Rooty Hill lodge in April.
The alleged crime occurred two days earlier than Sydney hosted a state championships in gymnastics.
Lee confronted a Justice of the Peace on Friday and was refused bail.
He might be up once more at Blacktown Native Courtroom tomorrow.
Gymnastics Australia stated Skybound Gymnastics Membership in Burleigh Heads had been closed.
“Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics Queensland are conscious of an energetic police investigation involving a coach who can also be a membership proprietor, and who has been arrested,” Gymnastics Australia stated, in a press release.
“This matter is being managed by the police and we won’t be offering additional touch upon the investigation.”
