Footage has emerged of a giant group of younger individuals preventing close to the shoreline of St Kilda seaside yesterday about 8pm.
Police have been referred to as to the scene of the alleged brawl and arrested a 15-year-old lady and a 16-year-old boy.
A 3rd teenager, a 16-year-old lady, allegedly tried to flee police by going into the water.
She was taken into custody after officers adopted her into the surf.
{The teenager} has since been charged with affray, assault and escaping custody.
The primary lady was additionally charged with affray and assault.
The boy has been charged with assault and assaulting police.
The trio have been bailed to look earlier than a youngsters’s court docket at a later date.
